Richard Whitehouse is an experienced manufacturing and operations executive with nearly 40 years of leadership experience across manufacturing and service-sector organisations, including regulated, unionised, private-equity backed and family-owned businesses.
Since 2011, Richard has held director-level positions leading complex operational businesses through growth, transformation, organisational change and performance improvement. His experience spans manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, warehousing and business operations, with responsibility for large operational teams, multi-site facilities and major capital investment programmes.
Throughout his career, Richard has successfully led business turnarounds, operational restructures, productivity improvement initiatives, facility relocations and cultural transformation programmes. He has a strong track record of improving operational performance, strengthening delivery, reducing costs and building more capable and resilient organisations.
